NDIS Plans
The National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) is government-funded initiative designed for individuals aged 7-65 with a disability. Children under 7 who show developmental delays can receive support through the Intervention Package. Jordy is currently providing occupational therapy services to participants who are self managed or plan-managed. For more information on NDIS eligibility, please contact us!

Medicare
Jordy is qualified to provide Occupational Therapy services under Chronic Disease Management Plans. This will require a referral from your GP and you can receive up to 5 rebated sessions each calendar year. Please note that Bulk Billing is not offered, and there will be a gap payment required.

Private Paying
